During the season it is advisable for each coach to periodically double-check this online system to make sure that they are aware of any changes.
It is important to note that the online schedule system is the only communications available for rescheduled games due to weather cancellations. If there are circumstances involving non-weather related changes (i.e. such as an unscheduled Parkway school event that takes a game field)… Then we have a process in place to communicate those changes to coaches.
Weekly updates to league standings are only available if the official GAME CARD from each game played is accurate, legible, and readily available for timely processing. It is important to point out that COACHES must VERIFY that the game card they are signing at the end of the game is ACCURATE and complete. (Team names, correct score, date, etc.)
So coaches please double-check this information before putting your signature on the game card.
